Inn unable to remain open. Good location, but terrible service and service. Breakfast without replacement, grumpy staff. Shower does not heat and there is not enough water to supply the rooms. They said it was a one-off problem, but from the previous comments, it is clear that it is a common thing to happen. Avoid!

A real joint!!! I've never had as much trouble in a hotel as I did in this one. To begin with, we went to check in and the attendant treated us with inexplicable rudeness, as it was already late we decided not to change hotels. We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, every day taking a cold shower, as there was no hot water in the hotel. Furthermore, on the second day there was a lack of water, and we were not informed by anyone and they didn't care. Service is rubbish!!! We went to checkout and they didn't deduct 1 cent from the daily rate. I don't recommend it to anyone.

Years ago I stayed overnight with my wife, when checking out they charged me for water from the minibar, which we had not consumed. The situation was quite embarrassing, as in addition to being rude, they said that if I didn't pay, they wouldn't allow the car to leave the garage. I chose to pay to avoid the situation becoming even more unpleasant, but I regret having accepted, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone

Place with great location, super attentive and polite receptionist but very sad, my experience with reservations is exhausting, two months ago I made four reservations for a festive date in the city I went to confirm my nightly rate but they had canceled it on their own, they didn't notify the customers and caused a big headache, and even blamed it on the employee who no longer works at the company. Sad about this situation, we need to pay more attention to this reservation part.
